GSRCPI was created in 1997 by the COPS office to provide federally funded training and technical assistance to Public Safety professionals and their communities in our region. Since then we have grown to include DHS, BJA, State Contracts, National projects and more. Our areas of specialty include:

Increasing partnerships, networking and problem solving to improve Public Safety

Leadership, ethics and all other training which enhances Public Safety Professionalism and effectiveness

Quality of life issues which effect first responders, their communities, and their families
