Conference Coordination/Online Registration

GSRCPI is happy to work with Public Safety entities putting on conferences, meeting or classes that require preregistration. Our online registration system makes quick work of labor intensive duties such as: online registration, nametags, sign-in sheets and certificates, in exchange for sponsorship recognition. Our state of the art software allows easy access for participants to register and gives conference coordinators password protected access 24/7 to registration information without having to call a GSRCPI representative. GSRCPI will also advertise your event on the Bi-Weekly eBulletin IF it qualifies for the criteria above.

Printing and Graphic Design

This machine not only creates excellent quality laser color prints in many sizes but also staples, folds and finishes. We purchased this machine to enable us to provide high quality materials in-house at a reasonable cost. This is the same heavy volume, high-quality production machine that Kinko’s and other industrial printers use. GSRCPI is able to print professional quality materials at a fraction of the cost because we do not have to make a profit or sustain business overhead. GSRCPI only offers printing services to Government entities or other non-profits like ourselves, and therefore we do not charge tax. GSRCPI has a very quick turn-around time on completed electronic file documents and a graphic design artist on staff for those who those require additional creative services or do not have the time or software to create complex high resolution documents.

Online or Printed Surveys

GSRCPI has a subscription to Zoomerang a cutting edge online survey tool and will be happy to help you format surveys. A link is then provided to send out to your personnel or customers.
